Project overview
A festive landmark built around one iconic centerpiece
The installation combined a monumental God of Wealth lantern with zodiac animals, dragons, illuminated flowers and New Year scenes. Together, the individual displays formed a complete visitor experience rather than a collection of unrelated decorations.
Project recognition
Recognized by the Malaysia Book of Records
The completed centerpiece was recognized as the Tallest God of Fortune Lantern. The achievement gave the seasonal installation a clear publicity story and helped transform it into a destination visitors wanted to photograph and share.
Factory production
From engineered framework to illuminated character
Large lanterns are developed as transportable modules. Steel framework controls scale and structure, while shaping, fabric finishing and internal lighting bring each character to life.
Steel framework
Hand-shaped steel establishes the silhouette and structural strength of every large form.
Color and detailing
Layered finishing gives the dragon its readable expression and vivid daytime color.
Lighting integration
Internal lighting is tested before packing to ensure an even, reliable glow on site.
Made by an experienced team
Prepared as a complete installation system
Our production team pre-assembles and checks key components before shipment. Each structure is divided into practical modules so it can travel safely and be installed efficiently at the destination.
Logistics & installation
From the factory floor to the final position in Perak
Protection, lifting and on-site coordination are planned as carefully as the lantern design itself.
Step 01Protected transport
Modules are wrapped, separated and secured to protect surfaces and lighting components.
Step 02Coordinated lifting
Large pieces are lifted into place around existing buildings and visitor circulation routes.
Step 03Final integration
Anchoring, alignment and lighting checks bring all elements together as one environment.
On-site footage
See the real installation process
The project video adds credibility that finished photographs alone cannot provide. It shows the scale of the modules, real site conditions and the work involved in completing the display.
