Client Challenge
A major holiday event requires many scenes to be designed and produced against a fixed opening date. Visual consistency, production scheduling and coordinated installation are especially important.
Our Solution
The factory workflow grouped the project into design, structure, fabric, coloring, lighting and inspection stages. Production priorities were aligned with installation order and the significance of major entrance and focal scenes.
Craftsmanship & Production
At the Shilong workshop in Zigong, the project moved through steel-frame fabrication, lighting placement, fabric covering, artistic coloring and pre-delivery inspection. Production decisions were reviewed against visual quality, module size, electrical access and the practical requirements of the destination.
Installation & Delivery
Completed groups were organized for site delivery and staged installation. Teams could then assemble large features, connect supporting displays and complete route-wide electrical and visual checks before opening.
